Email support@bevunto.co.uk and include your order number (it starts with BV- and is on your confirmation email). That lets us find your order straight away.
Before you write
Many questions are already answered on our FAQ page — including how to use the device, how long each session should be, cleaning and charging, and who shouldn’t use it. For delivery times see Delivery & tracking, and for refunds see Returns & guarantee.
Returns and refunds
You have 60 nights from delivery to change your mind. Email us and we’ll send a free returns label — you don’t pay to send it back and there’s no restocking fee.
Press and partnerships
For press samples, affiliate enquiries or wholesale, email the same address with “Press” or “Wholesale” in the subject line and it will reach the right person.
