Delivery & tracking
Everything ships from our UK warehouse. Standard delivery is free, always.
Options and costs
- Standard tracked delivery — free. Royal Mail Tracked 48, typically 2–4 working days.
- Express delivery — £5.95. Next working day when you order before 2pm, Monday to Friday.
Dispatch times
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are picked and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays go out on the next working day.
Tracking your parcel
As soon as your parcel is collected you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link. Tracking usually starts updating a few hours after dispatch, once the parcel has been scanned into the network.
Where we deliver
We deliver across the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. Remote postcodes can occasionally add one to two working days. We do not currently ship outside the UK.
Missed deliveries
If nobody is home, Royal Mail will leave a card and attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at your local delivery office. Uncollected parcels come back to us after 18 days; we’ll contact you to arrange a resend or a refund.
Something wrong with your order?
If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete or hasn’t moved for five working days, email support@bevunto.co.uk with your order number and we’ll resolve it — usually with a replacement sent the same day. See also Returns & guarantee or contact us.
