The 60-night guarantee

Use your Bevunto Sculpt Pro as often as you like for 60 nights from the day it arrives. If your reflection doesn’t make you smile, email us and we’ll refund the full purchase price — even if the box is open and the device has been used every evening.

How to start a return

1. Email support@bevunto.co.uk with your order number.
2. We reply with a prepaid returns label, usually within one working day.
3. Pop the device back in its box, attach the label and drop it at any Post Office.
4. Once it reaches us we refund to your original payment method within 5 working days.

There is no restocking fee and no charge for return postage on UK orders.

Your statutory cancellation right

Separately from our guarantee, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. Tell us by email within that period and return the goods within 14 days of cancelling. Our 60-night guarantee is more generous, so most customers simply use that instead.

Two-year warranty

Every device carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing faults from the date of delivery. If your device stops charging, stops pulsing or a pad fails in normal use, we replace it free of charge. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water immersion or wear to the silicone pads from heavy use.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We’ll dispatch a replacement immediately — you won’t need to pay anything or wait for the original to come back.

Hygiene note

The device is designed for repeated personal use and is wiped and inspected on return. Devices with visible damage or missing components may receive a partial refund. See our terms & conditions for the full detail.
