These terms apply to every order placed through this website.

1. Who you are buying from
This shop is operated by Bevunto ("we", "us"). Contact: support@bevunto.co.uk. Our registered company name, company number and registered address must be inserted here before publication.
2. Forming a contract
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. If a product is unavailable or has been mispriced, we may decline the order and will refund any payment in full.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link; payments are processed by Stripe and we never see or store your full card details.
4. Delivery
Delivery options, costs and estimated timescales are set out on our delivery page. Estimates are not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
5. Cancellation and returns
You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, and our additional 60-night guarantee. Both are explained on our returns page, which forms part of these terms.
6. Warranty
Devices carry a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty excludes accidental damage, water immersion, unauthorised repair and normal wear to the silicone pads.
7. Intended use and safety
Bevunto Sculpt Pro is a cosmetic beauty device for personal use on the face and jawline. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Do not use it if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted electrical device, epilepsy, metal implants in the face, or broken or infected skin. Follow the instructions supplied with the device and stop use if you experience discomfort.
8. Our liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. We are not liable for loss arising from use of the device contrary to the instructions or these terms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought before the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
10. Complaints
Email support@bevunto.co.uk and we will acknowledge your complaint within one working day and aim to resolve it within 14 days.
