Privacy notice
This page is maintained by Bevunto to explain what personal data we collect and why.

Who is responsible
Bevunto is the data controller for the personal data described here. Our registered company details must be inserted before publication. For any privacy question, email support@bevunto.co.uk.
What we collect
- Order details — name, email address, delivery address and phone number, so we can take payment and send your parcel.
- Payment data — handled by Stripe. We receive a payment reference and the result; we never receive your full card number.
- Support correspondence — the emails you send us and our replies.
- Usage data — pages viewed and basic device information, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Why we use it
To perform our contract with you (processing and delivering orders and handling returns), to meet legal obligations such as tax record keeping, and — where you consent — for analytics and advertising measurement.
Who we share it with
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Shopify — order management and fulfilment records.
- Royal Mail / our carrier — delivery and tracking.
- Meta — advertising measurement via the Meta pixel, where you have consented.
These providers act on our instructions under data processing agreements. Some may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement apply.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are kept for six years to satisfy UK tax law. Support emails are kept for two years. Analytics data is retained for the period set by the relevant provider.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests or withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Security
This site is served over HTTPS and payment data is transmitted directly to Stripe. Access to order data is limited to team members who need it.
